  Ordered food and it was delivered within 40mins still piping hot and as always delicious. It never disappoints 😊

  This is got to have been the WORST dominos experience I’ve ever had! I ordered a pizza , chicken strips and cookies, my pizza had no cheese on my order due to allergies , when I collected my order (which I stood in the shop for 15 minutes even after the notification to say it was ready ) I got home to realise my pizza had cheese on it, the wrong base sauce and all the wrong toppings! I ordered this at 8pm, I rang the restaurant back up and explained and was told my order would be sent out again free of charge and correct , I have now waited 2 and a half hours from my original order time and still haven’t received the food , they told me it was on the way and send the delivery driver the wrong way ! Absolutely shocking service to be honest do NOT order from this domino’s .

  Well we are weeks on now from a absolute mess up on our order. The pizza we ordered was incorrect, we called Durham to tell them and they apologised and said they would rectify this issue and send it out ASAP with us having a small gathering. So 1 hour later I rang after no sign , they said it was getting done . We rang again another 1 hr later and said its out for delivery. So a staggering 3 hours we waited for a replacement pizza. The shop manager said we would be refunded for the mistake made , as they had in actual fact forgot the even do the replacement pizza thats why it was late. A full refund was mentioned on the phone with the management , and told to email dominos with the issues for a refund also. Guess what, weeks on And still nothing has been done about the disgusting customer service received and now they are ignoring my emails all together now.
